In Uzhgorod, entrepreneurs were exempted from the single tax and payment for communal property until the end of quarantine

Today, at an extraordinary session, the deputies of the City Council adopted several decisions to support of Uzhgorod entrepreneurs.

In particular, zero rate of the single tax for December was set for entrepreneurs of the 1st and 2nd groups, who are prohibited from working due to quarantine under the government decree. Zero rates were also set for December for communal property payment for small and medium-sized businesses.
From November 18 until the end of the quarantine, entrepreneurs are exempted from paying for communal property for summer terraces of cafes and restaurants, in addition, they are allowed to provide services in such open areas regardless of the season.

As not all taxes and fees can be regulated by local authorities, the deputies at today’s special session also supported the appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers to exempt entrepreneurs, who cannot do their business, from paying the single social contribution – for themselves and for employees, and to extend the effect of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on the payment of child benefits to entrepreneurs of the I and II groups of single tax payers.
