Last night, an engineer of Uzhgorod water company reported to the police that from her land plot in the village of Nyzhnye Solotvino an unknown person had stolen three metal pipes three meters long each.
The amount of loss is 800 UAH.
On the same day the police arrested the thief – a 34-year-old resident of the village, who confessed to the crime.
