On May 5, at 23:39, the Rescue Service of Transcarpathia was reported that on the road between the villages of Lintsi and Ivanivka in Uzhgorod district, a car VAZ-2107 had caught fire. The fire originated in the engine compartment during an attempt to tow the vehicle. The fire spread all over the car within minutes.
Firefighters of the 16th State Fire and Rescue Unit of the village of Serednye arrived at the scene to fight the fire – in total, one vehicle and four rescueers were engaged. At 00:25, the fire was extinguished.
The cause of the fire and caused material losses are being established by the police.
