In Uzhgorod, an “investigator” cheated a woman out of 6,000 UAH

Yesterday, a resident of Uzhgorod reported to city law enforcement officers that in the morning, an unknown person had called on her cell phone, said that he was an investigator Danilchenko and fraudulently, under the pretext of settling a violation of law committed by her son who is currently working in Kyiv, cheated her out of cash in the amount of 6,000 UAH, that she transferred through the bank terminal.

In the evening the woman was able to contact her son, who said that he had had no problems with the law. The police are looking for the fraudster.
