The man with inappropriate behavior was noticed yesterday, in the central part of the city at about 5 pm.
This was reported in the Telegram channel Safe City of Uzhgorod. He took off his shoes and, in an emotional state, was shouting out various obscene phrases and screaming.
The police registered the appeal.
