Officers of Uzhgorod police station within a few hours found a car, which had been reported stolen by a 22-year-old resident of the regional center of Transcarpathia.
Around 14.00, a young woman reported to the police that on Chelyuskintsi street her car "Ford KA" with Czech registration had been stolen. The applicant could not tell the exact time of the the theft, as she had left her vehicle unattended for a week. The victim reported that there was 10 liters of fuel in the car, the papers for the car were inside.
Following the operational search measures taken, the location of the vehicle was found out. The police found the "Ford KA" in the yard of a 36-year resident of the village of Chertezh in Uzhgorod district.
The car was taken to the impound lot of Uzhgorod Police Department.
