In Uzhgorod, a railway station was “mined”, but the train was not stopped

Rescuers already have already reported about the incident.

Today, January 24, the rescue service received a report about the mining of the train station in Uzhgorod.

On January 24, at 1:20, they received information about possible mining of the railway station building at Uzhgorod, Stantsiyna street.

Officers of the investigative team of Uzhgorod department of the Transcarpathian regional police checked the station building for explosive devices. 20 people were evacuated from the building of the railway station and the surrounding area.

At 2:55, after examination of all premises, officers of the Transcarpathian regional police found no explosives, the call was false.

Train traffic was not interrupted.
