In Uzhgorod, a lieutenant colonel was arrested for bribery

Yesterday, on Dendeshi Street in Uzhgorod, officers of the OCD of the MIA Office arrested the head 
of a department of the State Emergencies Service Office, Lieutenant Colonel of civil service, who had 
demanded and received the director of a private company undue benefit in amount of 21,000 UAH 
for the approval of the acceptance certificate for a hotel and restaurant complex in the village of 
Kvasy, Rakhiv district. 
Workers of his company performed works on wood processing, installation of automatic fire alarm 
and lightning protection. The money was partially seized. The Lieutenant Colonel is held in the 
temporary detention facility of Uzhgorod District Police.
