In Uzhgorod, a drug den was found

A 32-year-old resident of Uzhgorod in his summer kitchen produced drugs containing codeine and phenobarbital.

To do this, he and his drug addicted friends: a 30-year-old female and a 32-year-old male residents of the regional center purchased two dozen tablets, and by artisanal method – using hydrochloric acid as a precursor – extracted from them about seven grams of liquid drug. The above mentioned friends of the house owner then injected this drug: part of it they had already used, and the rest was kept in the summer kitchen, where it was found by the police.

Now the defendants in the case will be brought to the statutory criminal responsibility: for unlawful production and use of drugs and creation of a drug den.
