Today, at about 4:00, on Svoboda avenue in Uzhgorod, patrol policemen noticed a car "Volkswagen" moving in violation of the rules of the road. When patrol policemen turned on flashing beacons and signaled the driver to stop, he moved on. Later, he stopped, but when he left the car, he began to run away.
To detain the man, patrol policemen had to use handcuffs, and during the conversation, they noticed obvious signs of intoxication. In addition, patrol policemen called investigators, because during an inspection, they had found a knife on the rear seat of the car.
Patrol policeman drew up reports of administrative violation against the driver in accordance with Article 122-2 of the CAO (failre to comply with the command to stop by drivers), Part 1 of Article 130 of the CAO 130 (driving in the state of intoxication), and Part 1 of Article 126 of the CAO (driving without appropriate documents).
