Yesterday, July 22, Tyachiv police received a report about a robbery in the village of Bushtyno. As law enforcement officers found out, on B. Khmelnitsky Street, near the local kindergarten, a 20-year-old man was approached by three persons. One of them began to beat him and took away from him 3,500 hryvnia and a mobile phone. The total amount of damage is estimated at 4 thousand hryvnia. The victim suffered numerous injuries, including one to the head.
Within a few hours, Tyachiv police identified all the persons involved in the incident and detained them. The youngest of them, a resident of the village of Vyshkovo in Khust district is 16 years old. It is him who is suspected of robbery. One of his accomplices is a 20-year-old resident of the same village, and another one is from the village of Rakovo in Perechyn district, of the same age.
A criminal proceeding over the incident was opened under Part 2 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is, robbery. The minor has been notified of being suspected, law enforcement officers are working with him and his parents.
