Yesterday, an ambulance delivered to Tyachiv district hospital an unemployed 35-year-old man from the village of Ruska Mokra diagnosed with open head injury, coma. According to his wife, the man went to the river on a horse-pulled cart, and during the descent down the hill, the horse did not obey him and he started to drive the cart down the hill himself. At that time the man slipped on a rock and fell to the ground, the cart ran over him. The victim’s condition is critical.
