In Transcarpathia, two schoolchildren stole a car and got into an accident

As reported by the National Police in Transcarpathian region, on September 11, the police received a report of illegal seizure of a car VAZ-21093. The vehicle was parked near one of the public facilities in the village of Kvasy. 
The police arrived promptly at the scene. Officers of the Rakhiv DIstrict Criminal Police Department found out that two classmates, 15- and 16-year-old residents of the village of Bilyn, were involved in the car theft. 
As none of the boys had the appropriate driving skills, the car overturned in a nearby village, and the perpetrators of the accident fled the scene. 
The boys have been found. They confessed to the crime. The issue of bringing them to justice is being resolved. 
The case is under pre-trial investigation.
