In Transcarpathian region, the Security Service of Ukraine has announced a formal warning to managers of the Transcarpathian regional organization for protection of migrant workers’ rights and in the presence of a lawyer warned about criminal responsibility for crimes against national security.
In early June, during the presentation of the Concept of this NGO, one of its paragraphs contained the information that could endanger the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Based on local media publications, the Security Service of Ukraine conducted the investigation, after which they officially warned the leaders of the public association about criminal responsibility under Article 110 (encroachment on territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in case of declaration of the special status of the region in an unlawful manner.
