In Transcarpathia, the best officials will be determined after Easter

The first round of the annual All-Ukrainian competition "Best Civil Servant" will be held at the regional administration on April 16. 

The Chairman of the Organizing Committee is the head of the Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal.  Already this week, the Organizing Committee should develop evaluation criteria for test tasks for contestants relating to functions of government bodies, duties of a civil servant with regard to qualification characteristics of positions occupied by the participants.

The competition is held among civil servants of II – VII categories according to their organizational and legal status in the categories:

"Best Manager" (for heads of departments who have at least 5 years general experience of public service, including at least 2 years in senior positions);

"Best Specialist" (for experts who have at least 2 years general experience of public service).

The competition is open to public servants who have not been subjected to disciplinary action.
