During the seven months of this year, the State Price Inspectorate in the region has carried out 5 inspections for compliance with the procedure for setting and use of prices for consumers’ goods that are subject to state regulation.
Thus, according to the government decree, the maximum distribution margin is set at up to 15% on flour, bread, pasta, cereals, sugar, beef, pork and poultry, cooked sausages, milk, cheese, sour cream, butter, oil sunflower, eggs.
In Transcarpathia, entrepreneurs set much higher margin for these products. As a result, the specialists of the Price Inspectorate imposed on Transcarpathian entrepreneursthe fines totaling 25,000 UAH.
