In Transcarpathia, settlements for utilities are not made in full. While the 2013, settlements were made at 93.5%, in 2014 – only at 91.9%.

Thus, the settlement for water supply and sewerage services by all categories of consumers is at
94.1% including: by population – 91.9%, by commercial consumers – 101.2 percent. The lowest figures are in Tyachiv – 83% and in Uzhgorod – 85%.

The settlements for the maintenance of buildings in the region reach 91%. The lowest figures are in Rakhiv – 57% and in Khust – 67%.
