In Transcarpathia, quarantine restrictions in the “red” zone may be eased

A meeting of the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies was held.

The Governor of Transcarpathia appealed to the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies with a request to review certain restrictions imposed in the regions where the red level of epidemic danger was set.

In particular, due to the assurances of local government representatives that they take full responsibility for monitoring compliance with all necessary anti-epidemic restrictive measures, Oleksiy Petrov asked to support the following relaxations and to allow:

• attending preschool and primary education institutions
• regular transportation of passengers on city bus routes for essential employees
• operation of businesses in the field of public catering from 7:00 to 20:00 only
• operation of institutions and establishments that provide social or rehabilitation services to families, persons in difficult life circumstances.

The state commission supported the proposals. We are waiting for the official Minutes of the meeting.
