In Transcarpathia, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine donated blood for the needs of hospitals, where participants of the ATO are treated

On the eve of World Blood Donor Day celebrated on June 14, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region traditionally donated blood for the needs of medical institutions of the region.

         All soldiers, who regularly donate blood, and those, who became donor for the first time today, came to the regional blood transfusion station. 

"We do it exclusively on our own initiative, – the Head of the Military Medical Service of the Office Yuriy Veklynets said – Our employees are regular donors, including those with rare 3 and 4 blood groups."

         Donor blood donated by the Security Service of Ukriane officers, its components and preparations made from blood will be transferred to medical facilities of the region, including Mukachevo military hospital, where participants of the ATO are treated.
