In Transcarpathia, more than one billion hryvnia has been spent for education

During five months of this year, UAH 2 billion 813 million from local budgets of Transcarpathian region was used. 

The largest amount – UAH 1 billion 12 million – was spent on education. For social protection – UAH 879 million, for medicine – UAH 529 million.

106 million was spent for culture, a little less – 90 million – for maintenance of state officials.

Far less – 40 million – was invested in housing sector of the region, and only 18 million – in the development of physical culture and sports.
