In Transcarpathia, local residents fought with border guards

Yesterday, on March 9, 2019, a car Jeep drove up to a border patrol from the "Dilove" department of the Mukachevo detachment. The passengers and the driver of the car began threatening a soldier with physical violence. When border guards tried to detain the offenders, they fled. Border guards immediately organized search activities, the information about the threats was sent to neighboring border guard units, as well as the National Police.
A few minutes later, the car with the offenders was detained by law enforcement officers. During the arrest, the driver and the passengers left the car and tried to escape. Ignoring the orders of the border guards, two offenders managed to escape. The driver of the vehicle, who was detained by the border guards, had signs of alcohol intoxication. 
The detainee was a 31-year-old resident of the village of Dilove. A report of administrative offense under Article 185-10 of the CAO "Malicious disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a serviceman or employee of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine or a member of a public unit for the protection of public order and the state border" was drawn up against the man. The case was sent to court.
In addition, a notice of a criminal offense under Part 1 of Art. 345 of the Criminal Code "Threats or violence against a law enforcement officer" was sent to the National Police in Transcarpathian region.
