In Transcarpathia, business registration functions were transferred to local authorities

The decentralization of powers in the area of state registration of real estate and business took place in Transcarpathia. 

Starting May 1, this functions is performed by district state administrations and municipal executive committees of Transcarpathian region. This was announced during a briefing by the head of the territorial department of justice in Transcarpathian region Ruslana Naturkach.  In addition, such state registration is carried out by local authorities, that decided to exercise the powers of state registrars.

Those are Tyachiv united local community, Perechyn and Rakhiv City Councils and Velyky Berezny and Volovets town councils, as well as Dubrynychi, Onokivtsi, Batyovo, Svoboda, Hrushevo, Bilky, Verkhni Vorota, and Rakoshyno village councils.  Work hours and contacts of the state registrars can be found on the official websites of the respective district administrations and local authorities.
