Three Bangladesh nationals who intended to illegally enter one of the EU countries were detained by border guards of the Mukachevo Detachment last night in Tyachiv district, Transcarpathian region.
While taking measures to combat illegal migration, border guards of the department "Solotvyno" stopped on the road a car "VAZ" that was carrying foreigners. During the check, it was found that the documents of the said foreigners, natives of South Asia, were invalid. In addition, during the interview, the "travelers" were providing confusing information about themselves and confessed that they were heading to Europe to seek better living conditions.
Border guards drew up administrative and procedural documents against the citizens of Bangladesh under Art.204-1, Part 2 of the CAO. Administrative procedural documents under Art.202 of the CAO were drawn up against the driver of the vehicle, which was carrying the illegal immigrants. The penalties will be imposed on the offenders by the court.
