In Transcarpathia, border guards detained a Ukrainian, who was wanted by Interpol

At the checkpoint "Uzhgorod", border guards of the Chop detachment detained a citizen of Ukraine going to Slovakia.

Thus, according to the information from the "Interpol" database. the passport presented by the 36-year-old man was listed as stolen or lost. Moreover, it turned out that the aforementioned citizen is wanted by the police in Khmelnytsky region for committing a crime provided under Part 1 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Theft".

Border guards reported the detention of the citizen of Ukraine to officers of the National Police and handed him over to them.
