In Transcarpathia, all pensioner paper files will be converted to electronic format

It is a lot of hard work, as more than 260,000 pensioner files need to be digitized. 
  
Currently, there are more than 260 thousand pensioners in Transcarpathian region, and now the pension fund has to scan all their files, digitize and convert them into electronic format. This was announced today at a press conference by the Head of the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.    
“In 4, maximum 5 years, all pension files must be scanned and converted into electronic pension files. To this end, 25 people are doing scanning in the special unit in Mukachevo, and then specialists in the districts will check all the data on the ground”, – added A. Pentek.     
According to her, this job is huge, because one pension file can contain from 10 to 400-600 pages!   
She also stressed that naturally there were concerns about the protection and storage of information. Therefore, there are three steps of archiving, the information will be stored on secure servers to prevent the loss of files.
