In Transcarpathia, a young hacker was selling citizens’ personal data

Proceedings under Part 1 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code, ie development of malicious software or hardware for use, distribution or sale, as well as distribution or sale thereof, have been opened. 
The Main Office of the National Police of Transcarpathia reported that a hacker posted on a special forum an ad about possibility to receive funds on the electronic payment system accounts made by him. 
Also, the 23-year-old resident of Mukachevo provided services on special settings for unauthorized receipt of information data from payment cards, social media accounts and postal services. In addition, it was established that the defendant was involved in operations for monetisation of money through several payment systems. 
During the search, his computer equipment, mobile phones, as well as SIM and bank cards, including foreign ones, were confiscated from him. 
After conducting the necessary examinations, investigators will indict the resident of Mukachevo of the crimes.
