In Transcarpathia, a pensioner died in a road accident

In the evening of September 28, in the city of Beregovo, a car hit a woman.

The 61-year-old victim died from her injuries. The 23-year-old driver of the VAZ-21099 says that the woman suddenly ran onto the road.

Yesterday, about 22.00, Beregovo city police was reported that in the city of Beregovo, near a supermarket, a car had hit a woman.

The investigative team arrived at the scene.

Law enforcement officers found that a car VAZ-21099 driven by a 23-year-old resident of the city of Mukachevo had hit a 61-year-old pensioner.

The victim died from her injuries.

The driver says that the woman suddenly ran onto the road. Examination showed that he was sober.

The police opened a criminal proceeding over this incident, the cars were taken to the impound lot.
