In Transcarpathia, a one-year-old child fell out of the window on the 8th floor and died

The police are ascertaining the circumstances of the accident that happened in Mukachevo. A boy born in 2015 fell out of the window on the 8th floor.

A doctor of the Regional Children’s Hospital called the "102" service and reported that a Mukachevo resident had come to the emergency department with a one-year-old child who, according to the mother, had fallen from a balcony. At the time of the arrival to the hospital, the boy had no signs of life.

The investigative team of the police found out that the child’s mother was on leave. The woman told the police officers that the accident had occurred while she was cleaning the kitchen. The mother left the window open and her son climbed on the table and fell from the 8th floor. The boy’s father at the time of the tragedy was in Uzhgorod.

The police are studyng all the circumstances of the accident. And calls parents of young children to be especially vigilant and follow all safety rules.
