At the entrance to the village of Bedevlya, a local resident found the body of a man without signs of life. According to preliminary medical reports, the death was due to hypothermia, no traces of violent death were found. The investigation into the case continues
On November 14 at about 1 pm, a resident of the village of Bedevlya, Tyachiv district, called the police and said that he had found the body of a man without signs of life in the field near the village.
An investigative team of the local police department and a forensic expert immediately arrived at the scene. Law enforcement officers examined the body and found no signs of a violent death.
Also, the police identified the deceased, it turned out to be a 41-year-old resident of the village of Dubove.
To establish all the circumstances of the death, investigators opened a criminal case under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The man’s body was sent for an autopsy, after which doctors announced the prbable cause of death – hypothermia.
The pre-trial investigation into the case is still ongoing. Based on the results of the forensic medical examination, a decision on the further course of the investigation will be made.
