In Transcarpathia, a family fight between led to death from an ax

Investigators have opened a criminal investigation into the murder of a resident of the village of Yasinya in Rakhiv district. A 43-year-old man was detained and charged with murder. The choice of pre-trial restraint against him is being decided. 
  
Yesterday, November 1, at 10:33 p.m., the police received a report that there was a fight between two residents of the village of Yasinya. The investigative team immediately left at the specified address.  
As it turned out, a fight had broken out between a 43-year-old and a 36-year-old men. During the fight, the older men struck the younger with an ax several times. The victim died at the scene from his injuries. 
The 43-year-old resident of the village Yasinya was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He is currently being held in a temporary detention center. The man has already been notified of being suspected of committing a crime.  
The choice of pre-trial restraint against him is being decided. 
The investigation initiated within the framework of criminal proceedings under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Premeditated murder) is ongoing.
