On Ukraine’s Independence Day, in the Uzhgorod Castle, diplomas were presented to the winners of the fifth poetry festival "Knight of the Carpathians".
The beautiful and charming Transcarpathia brought together many poets from many regions of Ukraine.
Previous similar gatherings of creatives were held in Vynogradiv and Mukachevo in Transcarpathia and Nahuyevychi in Lviv region.
The awards were presented in the chapel of Uzhgorod Castle, filled with an aura of spirituality and creativity, where the participants of the event were greeted by the museum’s deputy director for scientific work MV Delegan. It was on his initiative that the national newspaper "Culture and Life" joined the information sponsors of the Literary Festival, – Uzhhorod Castle, T. Lehoczky Transcarpathian Regional Local History Museum informs.
