On Wednesday, October 23, at 12.00, in Uzhgorod Press Club there will be a press conference of the organizers of the traditional fashion show "Uzhgorod Fashion Day", which this year will have a number of features and a charitable mission.
The fashion show will take place in Uzhgorod on October 27. The participants of the press conference will be invited to the event itself.
The event is planned as the domestic equivalent of the annual "pret-a-porter" weeks, held in Kyiv, Moscow, Paris, Milan, London, New York and other capitals. It is an incentive for designers to produce fashion products not occasionally but regularly, according to the development of new trends and styles.
The project aims to create in Uzhgorod a competitive fashion center of European level with all supporting infrastructure, to promote light industry development, and the basic idea is to support new designers and to introduce leading European designer brands to the Ukrainian market.
