On August 17, at 08:15, the Rescue Service received a message stating that during a tourist trip (a group of 4 people), in a forest area near the village of Lopukhovo, Tyachiv district, one of the tourists felt ill.
At 14:30, the group of tourists was found, the sick resident of Kyiv was provided with first aid and at 18:30 he was taken to the district hospital in the village of Ust-Chorna.
Other members of the tourist group continued their trip.
The mountain search and rescue unit of Ust-Chorna (4 rescuers and 1 vehicle) was engaged in the search and rescue operation.
