On August 27, at 17:35, the Rescue Service was reported that on the tourist route in the area of Hropa meadows in Rakhiv district, a 17-year-old female resident of the city of Kyiv had broken her leg.
For the search and rescue operation, a mountain search and rescue department of the village of Lazeshchyna consisting of 4 rescuers in 1 vehicle was sent at the scene. At 18:45, the rescuers reached the place where the group stayed. The victim was given painkillers and had the injured leg immobilized using an inflatable splint.
Then the girl was taken down the mountain and transported to the hospital in the village of Yasinya in Rakhiv district.
