Today, at 09:20, rescuers of the Khust district received a report that a traffic accident involving a Peugeot-407 and an Iveco truck had occurred on the Dolyna-Khust regional highway between the settlements of Iza and Lypcha.
As a result of the accident, a passenger of the car, a resident of the village of Monastyrets in Khust district, born in 1975, died on the spot.
The Peugeot driver, born in 1993, and another passenger of the car – a citizen born in 1977, both residents of the village of Monastreets, as well as the truck driver born in 1967, a citizen of the village of Lypcha were delivered by ambulance vehicles to the Khust District Hospital with various kinds with polytrauma.
To remove the body of the victim and to render assistance to other services, a crew of the 10th state fire and rescue unit of the city of Khust was sent at the scene.
