Today, in Uzhgorod, there was another trial in the "Dragobrat case".

The defense of the detained representatives of the RS has filed complaints about police inaction. They complain that the police has not registered in the URPI the injuries inflicted to the RS members and have not started the investigation on this side of the conflict.

Therefore, Uzhgorod City and District Court considered the appeal of the lawyers of the detainees.

Press Service of the Uzhgorod City and District Court reports that today investigating judge of Uzhgorod City and District Court Lemish OM considered the complaint of the lawyers Ustych GI and Bukhtoyarov RO acting in the interests of Vasylynyuk VV, Tishchenko SP, and Malkovich VV, respectively.

The subject of the complaint of the lawyers Ustych and Bukhtoyarov is the failure to register in the Unified register of pre-trial investigation a criminal offense on infliction of bodily injury to the said members of the "Right Sector".

The investigative judge ordered the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region to register and initiate preliminary investigation into this offense. Also, the investigating judge of Uzhgorod City and District Court Mykulyak PP ordered the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region to register the information on infliction of injuries to Uhryn PM and initiate preliminary investigation into this offense.

Thus, the members of the Right Sector were recognized as victims and the police must investigate their beating.

Regarding Okorokov AV, the defense in the trial filed a request to close the proceeding as the information on infliction of injuries to him had been registered in the Register, the investigation continues.
