In the center of Uzhgorod, there will be interruptions in water supply

MU "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" reports that employees of the utility will be conducting the repairs of water supply systems in the city center, at the intersection of Bercheni and Pidhirna streets and at the intersection of Drugety and Silvay streets.

In this regard, at 10:00, temporarily, for the period of work performance, the pressure of water feed from the pump-filtration plant №1, which supplies water to center of the city, will be reduced. In particular, there may be interruptions in water supply on Koryatovich and Petofi squares and on Pidhradska, Voloshin, Korzo, Shumna, Dobriansky, Elektrozavodska, Pankevych, Ayvazovky, Nasypna, Maresyev, Nakhimov, Timiriazev, Ruska, and L. Ukrainka streets. To a somewhat lesser degree, water supply pressure may be reduced on Mukachivska and Odeska streets.

In addition, at the site of work, vehicular traffic will be hampered.

Water supply and vehicular traffic will be back to normal levels immediately after completion of the repair.
