Recently, workers began to dismantle the terrace at the beginning of Voloshin street, near the former "Molocharnya".

As of today, March 5, the terrace is almost completely dismantled. This was reported by the Pro Zakhid.

The owner of the terrace told the reporter that in recent months it has been unprofitable. In its place, a two-storey building will be built with a catering facility and billiards club.

According to the man, the building project is under development. He stressed that the new building will be strictly within the area of the former terrace.

By the way, there are fir trees growing near the site, it is unknown if they are going to cut them.
