In Svalyava district a tourist from Kyiv was raped

Yesterday a 42-year-old resident of Kyiv, who came to Transcarpathia on vacation and rented a house in the village of Solochyn in Svalyava district, filed a statement with Svalyava law enforcement officers. The woman reported that she had been raped by a 45-year-old resident of the village of Uhlya in Tyachiv district, whom she was celebrating New Year’s Eve with. The offender also stole 500 UAH and a gold chain.
