In Svalyava city council, the UC and the “Batkivshchyna” will have the majority

The newly elected mayor of Svalyava, a representative of the "Vidrodzhennya" Ivan Lanyo, who received just two votes more than his opponent from the "United Center" Ivan Mykultsya, will have a hard time finding a common ground with the city council. His opponents – the "United Center" and the "Batkivshchyna" – received the majority there: 7 and 6 seats, respectively. It is exactly 50% of the total number of deputies of the city council which is 26. 6 deputies will be from the "Vidrodzhennya", 3 – from the "Solidarnist", 2 – from the "Opposition block", and 2 – from the "Svoboda".
