Yesterday, a resident of the village of Onokivtsi reported to the rescue unit of the regional center that, while walking in the woods, at a distance of about 250 meters from the Shakhta neighborhood, he had found a 51 mm mortar shell of the Second World War period, without marking, covered with corrosion.
The police officers were sent to quard the site. Later, rescuers removed the dangerous object and disposed of it.
