Yesterday, about 12.00, a 35-year-old resident of Uzhgorod, a master of a sand quarry, reported that during the displacement of sand on the bank of quarry, a kilometer away from the village of Ruski Heyivtsi he had found a mortar shell of World War II period, about 70 mm in diameter, covered with corrosion. The shell was disposed of by officers of the State Emergencies Service at the military training ground in the village of Orikhovytsya.
