Yesterday morning, a 50-year-old entrepreneur from the village of Rativtsi reported to police officers that at night, an unknown person, by breaking the glass in a window, had entered into his shop in the village and stolen from there 5,000 UAH, which were in the wallet behind the counter, tobacco products and alcoholic beverages. The store is not equipped with video surveillance means, the alarm system was out of operation.
Uzhgorod district police officers found out that the theft had been committed by a 40-year-old unemployed man from the village of Shyshlivtsi. Physical evidence was seized. The issue of pre-trial restraint against the thief is being decided.
