In Rakhiv dostrict, a motorcyclist hit a 4-year-old girl. The child died

A 22-year-old motorcyclist driving an unregistered motorcycle "Viper" lost control and ran over a child in the village of Luhy in Rakhiv district. The 4-year-old girl died in the intensive care unit from the injuries.

The tragedy occurred Sunday afternoon in the village of Luhy in Rakhiv district. A 22-year-old resident of the village of Bohdan sat behind the wheel of an unregistered motorcycle "Viper." On the road in the village of Luhy, the young driver lost control and hit a 4-year-old girl.

The child died in the intensive care unit from the injuries. The examination showed that the motorcycle driver was sober. He was arrested and put into jail. The police started criminal proceeding over this incident under Art. 286, Part 2 of the Criminal Code (violation of traffic rules, which resulted in the death of the victim).
