The festival began in the center of Rakhiv, where the participants of the event gathered near the District State Administration building and marched with trembitas to the Burkut tract.
This year, the fest was attended by invitees from 8 regions of Ukraine, as well as Latvia and Moldova. The visitors saw various types of trembitas, including conventional and intorted ones (like horns). The procession was moving slowly, making frequent stops and playing trembitas. A record was set at fest: the largest number of trembitas (56) in one location. This fact was registered by the director of the National Register of Records of Ukraine Lana Vetrova.
