Namely, during the inventory of the forest near the village of Lumshory, he was preventing workers of the state forest protection from performing their duties. After the definition of clear boundaries of the forest territory of the SE "Perechyn forestry", a citizen Viktor Orelsky blocked the public road with a car "Mitsubishi" with license plate AO 8823 AO, which made further work impossible.
The director of the SE "Perechyn forestry" Yaroslav Kopolovets says: "In addition to reforestation, logging, and other works related to forest landscaping, the forestry workers are also carrying out compulsory inventory of the forest. It is absolutely legal. The foresters called the police to deal with this incident. The legality of obstruction to the work of the forestry employees will be determined during the investigation, which is currently ongoing. It is the competence of law enforcement."
