In PADIYUN, children talked with firefighters (PHOTOS)

In the Transcarpathian Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity, the preparations for Christmas and New Year celebrations are in full swing. Teams of young designers, together with teachers decorate hallways, lobby, windows, other children are rehearsing in the hall. 

But with all that, the management of the Palace do not forget about the safety of the pupils’ life and health. It is well known that most often trouble comes when you do not expect it. Therefore, on December 10, they organized for the pupils of the "PADIYUN" the meeting with a representative of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.

Senior Inspector of Uzhgorod department Lieutenant Serhiy Kepenach prepared for the children a lecture about how to behave during the holidays at home, at school, on the street, and in everyday life in order to avoid unpleasant or dangerous situations. However, the conversation immediately turned into an active dialogue. The lieutenant was pleasantly surprised that our kids are familiar with the safety rules. Basically, they answered all the questions themselves. The inspector only had to direct the conversation back on track and focus on the main points.

It is evident that group leader in the "PADIYUN" conduct safety drills seriously. May the lives of our children be always healthy and safe.
