Yesterday, an officer on duty of the Emergency Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region reported to Uzhgorod district police that at 17.50, a resident of the village of Onokivtsi had reported to them that on the outskirts of the village, in a field at a distance of 10 meters from the railway, he had found an artillery shell of the Second World War period, of 150 mm caliber, without marking, covered with corrosion.
The dangerous discovery was removed and disposed of.
