Yesterday the chief of the line operation dispatcher station Dubrynichi of the SE "Prykarpatzakhidtrans" reported that at 12 o’clock during the walk-round check of the oil pipeline owned by "Ugo-Zapad" JSC (Samara, Russia) in the forest at the distance of 2 kilometers from the village of Nevytske in Uzhgorod district, at the depth of 120 cm in the ground they had found a valve of 25 mm diameter welded into the pipe.
