Today, on August 25, at about 3:20 am, the Mukachevo police received a report from the State Emergencies Service about a fire in a coffee shop on Uzhgorodska Street.
At the scene, police officers of the investigative team of the Mukachevo department found out that the fire had damaged the front door and part of the facade of the building. There are no victims as a result of the fire.
Currently, law enforcement officers are taking all operational and investigative measures aimed at identifying persons who may be involved in the fire at the catering establishment.
The incident was registered in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations over attempted intentional damage to property by arson (Part 2 of Article 15, Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The case is under pre-trial investigation, the Communication department of the Transcarpathian regional police reported.
